THE BUYER SAID THAT HE DID NOT RECEIVE THE PRODUCT EVEN THOUGH THE DELIVERY DATE OF THE PRODUCT WAS MADE UP WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THE A TO Z WARRANTY AND REQUESTED A REFUND. AMAZON FOUND THE CUSTOMER RIGHT. MY ACCOUNT HEALTH WAS AFFECTED. THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO THE CUSTOMER. HE RECEIVED BOTH THE PAYMENT AND THE PRODUCT. DOESN'T AMAZON NEED TO PROTECT US SELLERS HERE?
