Amazon blocked product for ingredient - butylphenyl methylpropional (Lilial)

We have removed the banned ingredient from the product but Amazon will not let us reinstate, regardless of providing evidence that the product does not include the banned ingredient.

Cannot get through to anyone at amazon. Have been trying to get the product reinstated or relisted for over a year.

I've had numerous products like this - you need to stay on at seller support and eventually you'll get through to someone who will help change the ingredients list.

You need to create a new asin, once an asin has been blocked it will never be allowed back on the platform

if you have changed the ingredients then you have changed the product, new asin is required
