refund request- Item doesn't match description

I had someone request a refund because they said "the item was smaller than expected" which made me laugh because the product title's second word is "Mini" and the specifications show it it being 3.5x3.5x2.75 inches. I have already issued the refund, it definitely made me laugh about the customer is always right saying though.

My question is, is there a way to argue the refund? Looking at different forums it sounds like its close to impossible to argue a refund from a customer. ( I would rather refund it then have them leave a negative review and say I won't refund it) but when it comes to account health they marked the item doesn't match description. And I started wondering is this going to hurt my account health? If it is can I give the refund but still argue with amazon that my account health shouldn't drop? or do I have to try and reject the refund all together, if i do have to do that I don't even see where that is an option. Again this one I just said whatever and refunded it, not worth the headache. but any advice/input would be appreciated.

OP: "My question is, is there a way to argue the refund?"

A lot of buyers select that return reason because it places the return reason on Amazon. But the reality is, the scamming buyers know they can use the product and return in to get a free refund., from your account of course.,

Your recourse is to probe the buyer wrong in the Safe-T claim.

We have never lost a claim when a buyer uses this reason. We always photograph every product we send along with the buyer's invoice, making sire the UPC is in one of the photos. The buyers seem to always add an additional statement about why the product doesn't match the page. But strangely enough that statement addresses NOTHING that is displayed in the listing. So...

In the Safe-T claim we sent our photo set along with the fact that the additional statement is not correct, Seems the Reps sort of agree.
