Didn't Approve Purchase Seller Pays Return Shipping
I don't get how this even exists as a return reason. I had a customer buy two separate orders then open a return stating no longer needed. About 3 weeks have gone by and now they opened another return stating didn't approve purchase and now we are on the hook for return shipping. This is ridiculous that Amazon allows this as a return reason and we have to pay the return shipping. How is it a sellers fault if the customer doesn't know what they're doing and didn't realize they ordered the same thing twice in two orders. It's not like we are even allowed to cancel if we suspect it's a duplicate since it could be real and we'd get dinged anyway for it. Literally had another customer open a return stating no longer needed then opened another return for the same order a week later stating missing parts or accessories. When is Amazon going to step up and fix the garbage return system and environment they've created on here (Obviously never).

The real purpose of this return reason is for buyers who have had their credit card stolen and fraudulent purchases made. As soon as these returns comes thru, we let the buyer know this. We also let them know that they should immediately change their Amazon password and cancel their credit card, and we will assist them by reporting the transaction to Amazon's Biyer Abuse Prevention team.
We only sell new products and strangely enough, when the product comes back, every one has been opened and used. We file a safe-T Claim seeking a no longer wanted or needed reimbursement. So far, Amazon has reimbursed accordingly.
