Thank you for your post and the screenshots you have provided. Based off this information, it seems as though you are needing to re-submit your identity information, and when you attempt to do so, you get redirected to the page from which you are being prompted to create a case. Please know this is an expected and normal part of the process for submitting a new verification attempt. You will need to go ahead and create the case with a very specific request to have the Seller ID verification process reset so you may re-submit your information.
