UPDATE:
Just wanted to share an update on the FBA storage limit issue. Amazon support has informed me that they're unable to grant an exception to the inventory limit as my overstock inventory is above the 20% threshold.
I've been asked to review my inventory and create removal orders for excess stock.

same here i don't know what they are trying to achieve,
On one side they are trying sellers to participate in different FBA centres and on the other side they are reducing storage space to almost nothing.
in addition, they are very smart when we sent inventory to FBA centre they charged per weight but at the time of removal they charged 10 rs per piece
this is not acceptable at all
I just sent inventory to FBA cost me 250 around 300 pcs
I have standard storage due to the small products but for removal, they are asking me to remove 160 pcs it almost cost me 1600 if I count it as per piece.
I have registered for 3 FBA centres now i m stuck what should I do

They are reserving the space for big sharks like cocoblu,retail ez,rk world infocomm etc.... amazon is no longer interested in doing business with small sellers like us

UPDATE:
I'm happy to report that I've finally received an update on my FBA storage limit issue. After removing excess inventory and resubmitting the form, Amazon has increased my storage limit from 50 units to 250 units!
While it's not the full amount I initially requested, this is a significant improvement and will help me manage my inventory more effectively.
If any of you are facing similar issues, I encourage you to persist and keep following up with Amazon Seller Support. It may take some time, but eventually, you should be able to resolve the issue.

There are space issues in the mentioned FCs. While i noticed that you have got the additional space, but would suggest you to register in the nearest FCs as well to avoid any space constraints going forward
