I recently signed up to sell on USA marketplace. Someone from Amazon India Global Team reached out to me to sign up with his link.

I signed up created some listings which had some issue and therefore we could not proceed with sending inventory to amazon USA. Amazon employee promised to get it fixed. To my surprise that employee resigned from amazon and there is no POC and i feel helpless because of 2 issues

1) I was charged professional selling fees multiple times for canada, mexico marketplace. When I requested refund it was denied multiple times stating i had used my benefits. Which benefits I don't know.

2) Noone from amazon global team is willing to help with existing account and want me to create new account with their link all over again.

I feel defrauded my such activities and never expected no proper management and support for global sales. Its just everyone is sales man looking for more signups.
