Urgent: Issues with Scheduled Pickups and Easy Pick up Guy Not coming to Pick up. Kindly assign a different pickup partner

I have been selling on Amazon since 2018, but recently, I have encountered a significant issue that has caused considerable frustration. Over the past 20-25 days, eight of my scheduled pickups were canceled because the Easy Pickup service did not show up.
To make matters worse, my account was charged cancellation fees despite the fact that these issues were beyond my control. I had to go through the lengthy process of raising reimbursement claims and following up multiple times to get these fees refunded.
Given these challenges, I am now facing a dilemma about whether to continue selling on Amazon. To avoid further complications, I have marked the inventory of all my stocks as zero, as I am concerned that future pickups will also face issues, leading to more cancellation fees.
I am seeking your advice on how to resolve this Easy Pickup problem effectively. It is essential for me to ensure that my sales operations are not hampered by these recurring issues.

very true easy ship pickup boy do not come to our office and just tell us to come to their choice of place so you can go for self ship
