Amazon Sellers Beware! Buyers "Scam" and Amazon "Conspires"?
Hey everyone! I'm absolutely furious today and I have to share my experience with you all—it's just too outrageous!
I've been running my Amazon store for a while, always doing things by the book. But this time, I'm completely heartbroken. One customer claimed they didn't receive the package and immediately filed an A to Z claim. Amazon didn't even bother to investigate and just refunded the customer right away. Can anyone accept this?
I quickly reached out to the customer, and guess what? They admitted to receiving the package! I was stunned—this is clearly a case of scam intentionalming! I asked the customer to pay again, but they first claimed they had no money. Later, they just started acting unreasonable, saying if I wanted the goods back, I'd have to come and pick them up myself. This is just bullying!
Out of options, I contacted Amazon to appeal, but they wouldn't listen to our side of the story and completely favored the buyer. Amazon clearly knows the buyer received the goods but still takes money from us sellers to "compensate" these unscrupulous. buyers How are we sellers supposed to survive?
I'm truly heartbroken! What can we do about this? Is it fair for Amazon to treat us like this? I hope fellow sellers can give me some advice and that everyone can pay attention to our rights as sellers. We can't keep getting pushed around like this!
