Negative Reviews related to Amazon's handling and shipping.
Hi,
Is there a way we can get the negative reviews due to Amazon's handling and shipping removed?
We're selling a product by case (2000 pcs) and the product is being shipped to Amazon in a case/box with a sticker that clearly indicates "SOLD AS SET. DO NOT SEPARATE". Yet our buyers are receiving only 1 pc of the product.
Clearly, someone must be opening the box in the warehouse.
We already tried using the "Report Abuse" button. We also emailed the Community Team and created a case with Support but the reviews are still not removed.
