Please Help!! GTIN Exemption/Product ID Issue
Hello -
We are trying to upload our first product (a new product that is not in Amazon's catalog). We have now applied for and got approved for the Generic- Patio, Lawn, Garden & Garden GTIN exemption 3 times; however, we continue to get this error when trying to complete our listing. I have reached out to support but they only provided us with a basic "this error might be because the GTIN exemption is expired" but we had JUST applied/been approved for it and it still shows as being approved.
Any help with this would be EXTREMELY appreciated!
