Hi, I need help from Amazon seller support team and co-sellers.

Since long i have been facing an issue of shipping charges which i apply for customer and that do not reflect in the total price and i am getting all regional and national orders without shipping charges. I am running into huge losses because of this. This issue was long raised by me and remain unresolved and i again created 2 tickets which are unresolved and customer support sending templated responses.

I was forced to use self ship because of these reasons but i want to solve this problem so that i can offer a better pricing to customers.

Other sellers also faced the same problem?
