I have created a ticket on 9th October 2023 regarding excess charges deducted by Amazon for account managerial services. Till now the ticket kept open by Amazon. And everyday Amazon top up messages on that ticket that Amazon is investigating this issue. For the last 5 month Amazon is investigating the issue ??? How long it will take ?

Why Amazon charged for Business Advisory services for the month of March 2024? There is no confirmation from Amazon regarding starting of the services.
Without confirmation why Amazon started the services & charged from the seller account ?
Stop immediately deducting the charges in the name of Business Advisory Services. I do not need any services.
And refund the deducted money immediately.
