Major Issues Continue with Featured Offer Eligibility / Buy Box Eligibility Please Help
I have been an Amazon seller for over 10 years. I have always had Featured Offer Eligibility in the books category consistently up until this year. I have suddenly lost the Featured Offer Eligibility several times, for no apparent reason, and can only gain eligibility when I ask a live representative on here for help by initiating a review from the buy box team. Amazon will fix this by turning my eligibility back on, but it's always temporary. it will turn back off after about a week. I must assume at this point there is some glitch in the system that keeps deactivating my eligibility. My account remains in excellent (perfect) standing, all of my metrics meet the target requirements (this includes my shipping metrics and competitive pricing). I don't have any violations and my feedback score is top notch. I don't understand the sudden change this year. I must assume this is a technical glitch or bug in the system and I am asking an Amazon associate with the buy box team to step in and review my case yet again. (Case ID 15538076651) Please forward my case to the Buy Box Eligibility team. I have already opened a case but seem to get only automated responses and no real answer. Please note that this pertains to ALL BOOKS (which is 95% of my storefront listings) however I have given some ASIN / ISBN numbers as examples (978-1792456329, 978-0939616190, 1792456328 and 093961619X are just a few of the examples you can use). My Case ID is 15538076651. Please, and thank you in advance. I am looking for a permanent fix. For the record I am not talking about "winning" the buy box, but simply remaining ELIGIBLE.
