Got order defect rate due to fake buyers

I’m a genuine seller, but for the past few months I’ve been facing serious issues on Amazon. Some fake buyers have scammed me — they placed orders, took refunds, and never returned the products. After that, they even left negative feedback. I submitted all the proof to Amazon, including order details, tracking info, and screenshots showing how it was clearly a planned fraud. Still, no proper action was taken — the feedback wasn’t removed, and the buyers weren’t blocked. Since then, all my listings have lost the Buy Box, and I’ve had zero sales since May. I’ve raised multiple complaints, but every time I only receive generic responses with no real help or resolution. Now I honestly don’t know how long Amazon will take to fix this — or if they even plan to. It’s very discouraging for a genuine seller who is doing everything honestly. I just request the support team to seriously review my account and listings, and take fair action so I can get back to doing my business properly.
