Hi i have recently started my business on amazon and my order are not getting picked up by easy ship which later turning into cancellation.
I keep on filing forms that order was not picked up and no action on this.
Please let me know if thier is any easier way to ship orders.

First contact with your area Manager/Thekedar of Pick up person associate. You got this no. from the person who come to pick your couriers. Then contact with seller support…

Same in Bangalore even i tried to contact area manager of ats pincode 560002 but he said don’t call me executive will come no proper respone all the order getting cancelled just for un pickup…

I am a seller on amazon and shipping via easy ship. Easy ship service has constantly gone down. Pickup guy is not coming to pickup, When two days are up then that order is canceled, after that cancellation fee is marked on it, i have always feel the Easy Ship Pickup Misses Issue foam & also feedback, still are not improving at all. Who is responsible for the loss of my cancellation fee & package, label printing paper etc. it takes 15 days to recover.
Can anyone help me with the escalation point off contact in amazon. i am highly frustrated right now bcs i have face it 4 month.
Let me know if anyone has any solution for this.

After 25 days we have received a order then again faced this problem,

Easy ship has become pathetic. We schedule the pickup, keep aside all our work, plan our day, sometimes even skip lunch so we can stay and wait for the pick up associate to come and pick up the order. the associates never show up and happily send an email later saying “Pickup rejected due to shipping label issues”. How did you know there was a shipping label issue when you never showed up in the first place? Did you have divine eyes that you could see the label from your desk somewhere in your warehouse without going to the pickup location, Amazon?
When I complained about this to the relationship manager, his suggestion was to move to FBA. But the margin on the product does not cover the FBA charges, and Amazon demands FBA be free shipping. So FBA is not an option. And the relationship manager’s response was a simple “Oh then you must sell something where you have better margin to cover the charges”. In other words, Amazon is basically saying I dont care about your business, I want my FBA to run successfully.
