Product ingredients

I've had a listing removed for a product violation - missing ingredient information on a food supplement.

I have opened a case and provided the ingredients information but the appeal was rejected from Amazon with no explanation, other than 'kindly update the ingredient attributes'. that is not present in my Edit option.

I see other people have the same issues without any proper solutions

Does anybody have any solution to this issue

You can update this information using a file template. For more guidance, you can refer to the instructions provided in the Build your inventory file.

When you open the product template in Microsoft Excel, you'll notice several tabs along the bottom of the workbook. As you input your listing information on the Template tab, make sure to follow the instructions outlined on the Data Definitions tab.

Specifically, you'll find the attribute for ingredients under the category related to food supplements.
