solution is simple. if you will receive order from negative customer then you ought to report to amazon before shipment by mentioning suspicious customer and his behavior. you may reopen and raise new case before shipment. I hope, this will help you.

This is a competitor seller who wants to bring your sales down by placing fake orders. Next, they will raise product authenticity complaints, leave a bad review subsequently. In all probability the seller is a big seller who knows the way Amazon works and exploits the goodwill Amazon extends to genuine customers.
