Updating the payment method not working

Hi so i was going to start selling on Amazon but its been a month or two since my last login so it wants me to add or update the payment method. After doing that it is still saying the same thing

"Your account is inactive

You have attempted to access a store that is currently inactive. To reactivate your store, you may be required to add a new credit card and verify your identity. Please be advised that it may take a few minutes for your store to be reactivated."

i have updated and added payment methods multiple times but its still not working.

Does anyone know why? or can give me some one to contact?

I have been facing the same issue. There are other posts related to this problem but unfortunately I have not seen a solution. I hope we can get any guidance as soon as possible.
