Deleting inventory from FBA inventory page
I am reaching out to seek urgent assistance regarding an issue I've encountered with removing inventory from my FBA inventory page.
I followed the prescribed steps from Seller Central to delete specific products and listings: navigating to Inventory > Manage Inventory, selecting the target product by clicking the left box, choosing Actions, and then selecting Delete Product and Listings. While these products were successfully removed from my inventory page, they still appear as 'out of stock' on my FBA inventory page.
Each time I have contacted support regarding this matter, I have encountered a recurring issue wherein the staff is unable to provide a satisfactory explanation for why my FBA inventory persists on my page despite the deletion of corresponding listings from my inventory records, a situation that has persisted for multiple months.
Furthermore, they had me provide the list of ASINs that need to be removed from my FBA inventory, and despite furnishing a comprehensive list of ASINs for products I no longer offer for sale and specifying the potential presence of residual inventory in the warehouse requiring removal, the latest communication I received merely addressed a fraction of the provided ASINs, approximately 1 out of 20+, with a generic notification of a removal order in progress for those items. It is implausible that removal orders have been initiated for the entirety of these ASINs concurrently. Some of these items have not been sold since their initial listing.
Whenever I call support staff about the case, they just go silent, keep the call ongoing, and eventually hang up. So, I am reaching out to all Amazon sellers for help. How can we efficiently and effectively resolve this matter to ensure the accurate management of my inventory and mitigate the adverse impact on my IPI score? The persistent nature of this issue is increasingly concerning and necessitates prompt attention.

Hey @Seller_06w53TZmFnAy8, this question sounds like it would be better posted in the Manage Inventory category!
