Reassigning Primary Account Manager
I know this has been posted before, but there's not a clear pathway anywhere I've looked. We are a small business here. Current primary account owner is absolutely compliant and willing to provide whatever consent and proof of identity that is needed to proceed. Primary account manager was regrettably and unfortunately created years ago using a personal email address. We need to rewire our business Amazon Seller Central account so that the primary account manager is a company email address rather than a personal email address.
It's not enough for the current primary account manager to just change the email address and password because the Seller Central Account is apparently conflated with his personal Amazon shopping experience (i.e. kindle, prime, etc).
I'm hopeful that someone here can shepherd us through fixing this situation. I've read some horrifying "solutions" here the essentially suggest that you just throw away your existing seller central account and start a new one. I sincerely hope it's easier than that.
