Amazon case id 11057646202 - need urgent help
I have my best selling product places with 3 AMAZON FBA in their warehouses
They put my best selling product into expired on 24th april 2025
The product is not expired and have a clearly mentioned product expiry of 02/26. On the listing also it is clearly mentioned ' expiry on package' . I have raised a case with amazon seller support on 26th april 2025 after i noticed due to no orders in 2 days . Amazon FBA mentioned it will be resolved in 24-48 hrs . I have contacted them everyday for a resolution for the issue . They also provided images after a bin check at their warehouses and clearly it shows expiry of 02/26 but have not released any inventory even after 7 days . Not only that they have also done a return to vendor and charged us fee for that from one of their warehouses . I am trying to contact them everyday on this issue but no resolution . We keep loosing a lot of money because of amazon mishap.
PLEASE HELP AMAZON !! Please improve your seller central support and resolve this issue
