never received any invitation of video interview
Since the end of last November, I have received the following 4-5 emails from the Seller Performance Team and have responded to all of them with a requested date for a video interview.
"Hello Seller,
Thank you for your email. Follow the instructions stated next to reschedule your appointment for virtual identity verification:
1. Access the Virtual Verification Form, which is hosted by an external company called Qualtrics, so the following link does not lead to our website:
htt***//au1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_86We5wTJ9ZHkkfk
2. Fill in the necessary details.
3. Select a new date and time slot.
4. Click submit.
Note: We will send you a confirmation email within 3 days after scheduling the interview."
However, I have not received any invitation email at all.
I don't know why.
Please help me solve this problem.
