Amazon invoices verification for the product which we haven't sold
Dear Amazon Support team,
We received Identity verification notification from amazon but Amazon mentioned to provide invoices but we don't have invoices as we haven't sold those products and the support team is telling us to just provide invoices with a generic reply that we should reach out to the verification team.
Kindly help us as we are new to Amazon.

Did you list these products in question?
If so, you MUST provide the documentation that shows that your supply chain is valid.
From the sound of your post, I sounds as if you are dropshipping; if you are not doing that in total compliance with the Amazon rules, then your account would end up suspended anyway. If you are following the rules, then a letter of authorization from the brand stating that you are an authorized seller of their products via dropshipping might satisfy Amazon.
Otherwise, you should have the items you are selling, and therefore the invoices BEFORE you list an item for sale.

If so, you MUST provide the documentation that shows that your supply chain is valid.
As noted by @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw, if you listed these products or attempted to send products to a fulfillment center, we will require valid invoices to confirm you were sourcing them appropriately and from an authorized distribution channel.
It would appear that from these cases you did attempt to create a shipment to a fulfillment center for these products. As noted above we will require invoices that meet our requirements listed in our responsible sourcing documentation request requirements help page.
Additionally, I would advise reviewing the original notification as these situations may offer more requirements for this request. If you need additional guidance, I would suggest providing the original notice here so that myself and the community can continue to support you.
