Amazon is not picking up packages when selecting Amazon Shipping
I fulfilled 2 orders (Merchant Fulfilled) and selected Amazon Shipping. Amazon gave me the window for the approximate time they would come to pick up the package. That package was to be picked up last Friday (November 17th, 2023), they never came. I fulfilled another order and used the same shipping method on Saturday (November 18th, 2023), which was going to be picked up today (November 20th, 2023), and they failed to come and pick up today's package and Friday's package... What is going on? How can this be fixed? Will I be responsible for the delay? I read that when selecting Amazon Shipping, basically, if anything goes wrong Amazon is responsible. Does this affect my rating? How do I get my products to my customers? Please Help!!!

What shipping method did you select? I didn't know Amazon would come to my business and pick up my orders. Do they do this all the time for you? How much does that cost? What option do you select for that service? What Carrier Filters do you have applied?
I admit, I usually only use USPS or UPS, and once in a great while, FedEx.

I used them on 11/3 to 11/10. They shows up only 40% of the time. Worse, 1/3 of the packages were marked undeliverable, returned to Amazon???!!!! WORSE still, they returned the items to Amazon warehouse and not to us!! The customers filed claims and were refunded!!! Do NOT use them until they fix all their issues.

You should be able to track pickups and the specific driver on the shipping portal - https://ship.amazon.com/booking under the pickups tab.
That being said, we've had 2 missed pickups in the last month, luckily they came the next day. But we've switched back to shipping mostly with UPS. Unless the savings are significant, it's not worth the hassel, even if Amazon ultimately takes the responsibility of the delivery issues.

amazon has for shipping as in which carrier. amazon doesn't pick up packages, sillest thing ever heard. if you desire usps you go to that website and have picked up with mail carrier. ups if you choose that you drop off at ups.

iI never use amazonAmazon shipping because iI feared of this occurance... iI can tell the future bro...
only try tried and tested carriers , never amazon,
and yes you will be blamed for late shipments...
i would print a new label and drop it off at usps....
void the Amazon label

This is good info. For those that do not know. Amazon is offering shipping but only if it is available in your area. It's another option just like USPS or UPS but it's not available everywhere yet.
I suppose since this is fairly new, they are still working out kinks.
