It has been about 2 weeks trying to fix an 8541 error

I have spoken to so many associates, emailed dozens of times, all to resolve this 8541 error.

All I am trying to do is fix the 8541 error and update the value of these two fields "Unit Count" and "Unit Count Type"

Here is what I have tried so far:

  • Tried to edit the listing
  • Tried a partial feed update
  • Tried a complete feed update
  • Deleted the listing, waited 72 hours, and remade it

Every attempt has resulted in the same 8541 error

-------

I have even spoken to an associate from the catalog team on the phone, she valiantly attempted to change the variables for TWO SOLID HOURS -- she kept saying the system kept freezing, and she tried so many things to get it working (this case ID is now closed but it was from case ID 13531582521)

Here is the excerpt from the associate that's relevant:

"As we discussed over the phone, after validating your request and your proof, I've exhausted from my end all possible troubleshooting and tools to fix the value, and all my efforts did not work. Hence, as a last resource, we'll need to delete the listing for full 24hrs, and relist it again using the same exact SKU. This will generate a data redrive, and the system should let to make the change at that moment. Otherwise, if you get the same error, kindly add the product to your catalog matching the current value, and contact Seller Support again for further assistance."

I have been corresponding with this particular case for over a week, I have sent every form of proof possible, from screenshots of my website, photos of the product and even screenshots of the 8541 error.

They keep replying to me and telling me to edit the listing, but it just results in an 8541 and I am starting to honestly get beyond frustrated.

My current open case id for this is: 13598999721

I need Unit Count set to "4.9" and Unit Count Type set to "Ounce"

Please, I am begging someone to escalate this to a real human being, who will read this, understand that I have gone through all the steps already, and the only person that can help me is a supervisor on the Catalog team. The associate on the phone confirmed for me that this can only be fixed in the catalogy.

Please help.

Greetings @Seller_Rqk46IUKszvLY,

Thanks for reaching out with your concerns. I've reviewed the Price Per Unit information for this product and it looks like the information is correct at this time. If there is a specific issue with this value at this time can you provide additional details and I will review for possible escalation. Thank you for your understanding.
