Listing product without Brand Registry
Hello,
I am experiencing an issue when trying to list my private label product. I do not yet have a registered trademark and I want to list the product without going through Brand Registry. I am simply trying to complete Brand Approval (not Brand Registry) while trying to fill out the blank form , and then proceed with listing my product.
During my first attempt, I encountered error 5665 – I was approved for Brand Approval, but I was still unable to list the product. When I tried to complete the listing, I received a second error, 5461, stating that there is no relationship between my brand and the product ID – meaning the company to which my UPC barcode is registered in GS1.
I have already submitted photos of the product packaging showing my brand name, as well as the corresponding product ID (UPC code), and also provided a Letter of Authorization., where I director of my company authorize the listing and sale of the product under the XY using the UPC code XY, which is registered under my company XY.
Did anyone have this problem? I am a bit stucked for a while. Thank you for any help!

When did you get your brand approval? Sometimes it will take up to 3 business days for this to reflect.
Additionally, please let me know if you have created a case on this topic. I would like to investigate to see what support has done.
