I plan to distribute the product, and the GTIN was exempted when I registered it individually on Amazon. I received this response from Amazon, but I keep encountering this error when trying to list the product. How can I resolve this issue?

Thank you for writing into us on the Seller Forums. I can see that you have created a case with Selling Partner Support regarding this issue.
The latest update on CASE ID ending in 1721 mentions that the team is requesting you share with them: "images of the product box from all angles." Once you have uploaded the images to the case, they can continue reviewing your GTIN exemption request.
