We are both the brand owner and the manufacturer of our products. I have reached out to warranty-svs@amazon.com and have not heard back after several weeks. I have written documents outlining the details of the warranty.

In regard to your inquiry, I would like to confirm first the information, if you are looking to sell warranties and service plans, you will need to contact warranty-svs@amazon.com for them to approve the sell of these services. If this is the case, and they still not provide you resolution, please provide us the case ID so we can take a look.
