feedback not being revised

Can you please support us with negative feedback left by this customer?
They are an elderly person with no one around to support. She is non tech person. Item was delivered on time and she not knowingly reported item was not delivered. We spent 1 hour and 40 minutes supporting them until we finally activated their software. It was very very difficult as they didn't have anyone around to help and they didn't know how to follow instructions.
They did revise the feedback to say item was delivered and we supported her but the revision didn't go through.
We sent them the revision request again but we are worried that they may do something damaging to us as they said that when they click the link they get the following message "the only response I get is a site to report the seller to remove them from the site."
We have done our best to support his elderly customer by shipping item on time, delivering on time, and spending 1 hour and 40 minutes until we got their software activated, they also revised their feedback but the negative one is still their.
