Every wholesaler asks for a PO number. It is a number that you create, that tracks your order in your system.

Hi @Seller_oHODbGUJxBJ2vPurchase order numbers or POs are used for accounting purposes between 2 businesses. They are requesting a PO number so they can tie it to an invoice when the goods are shipped and it helps track payments and what orders are open etc.
You can come up with your own number however you should have some kind of accounting management you use when ordering goods to sell. When you enter this order in your accounting tracker it should match your PO number with the one you provide the wholesaler.
Example: P00001, Next Order P00002, etc.
