Help Needed: “Price Higher Than Typical” Issue on Our Product Page
Hi everyone! 😊
We’re having a bit of trouble with one of our product listings, and I’m hoping someone here has some experience or advice on how to resolve it.
On our Amazon product page, there’s a note saying: “Price higher than typical. Amazon strives to offer customers high-quality pricing. We have recently seen better prices on Amazon or from other retailers for this product.” This is causing customers to have to click “See All Buying Options” instead of the usual “Add to Basket” button.
Here’s where we’re stumped: we’re the only seller for this product because it’s a unique item that we design, create, and sell exclusively under our brand. There are no other retailers or sellers for this item, as it’s not available anywhere else!
Has anyone else encountered this message even when they’re the sole seller? Any ideas on how we might get this resolved so customers see the usual “Add to Basket” button instead?
Any advice would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance. 😊

Yes, have had the same problem. I raised a case and was asked to supply my landed costs, which I naturally would not do, nor would anyone right? We design and develop and manufacture our own products, we should be able to set the price we want to sell at. In fairness, after a load of replies on the case, they relented and stopped the nonsense and the "Potential pricing error " emails, but it really should not be like this, its anti competitive. I wish you luck and share your pain.
