I would like to help you solve that issue with your order pickups.
First: have you filled out the Easy Ship Pickup form to report those issues?
If so, can you share the Case/Order IDs so our team can review the details?

find out nearest shipping layout take no of your delivery person and when you get order ship your owned to shipping layout
amazon shipping not an any is issue if your order is delayed or your order gets canceled the didn't pay you anything so take care of your orders and shipment. amazon doesn't care

Even we are facing the same problem. Easy ship delivery is scheduled by no one comes for pick up. Our order got cancelled due to this.

surprised to know that amazon have no any machanism to takle this issue except filling a form only. Which is totally useless to help the sellers.

order id : 408-9469347-3761925 ( it was not picked for 15 days and Amazon cancelled the order and charged me cancellation fee also.
