A competitor is using my product photos
A competitor is using my product photos (with a model) without our permission.
Should I report it? How do I show the proof of our ownership? We have the original photographs and video footage.
If I report it, what will happen to the competitor ?

Copyright claim on the ASIN.
They will likely file a DMCA counter-notice to be allowed to relist it in ten days. The only way to stop this is to file in court and provide the filing to Amazon.
For more indepth information I recommend finding more information on copyright violations and what can be done about them.

Hello @Seller_sDpmZ4w4PDYa1,
My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I am happy to assist, most of your questions are answered in the Intellectual Property for Rights Owners help page, but I will also provide some more specified guidance while referencing the linked help page.
Yes, absolutely. Please submit the complaint via the report a violation workflow on the Brand Registry site under the "Protect," menu
That will depend, but you will have 3 options when going through the report a violation workflow.
This is also listed in the help page, but If your notice is valid, we will inform the responsible sellers about your claim and share your secondary contact information with them should they have any follow-up questions.
I do also want to touch on @Seller_LyYw7fQRKc5G7's comments because I have seen an increase in Sellers posting in the forums of counter-notices under DMCA section 512.
Please let me know if you need any further assistance.
Best, Dougal
