Return Issues
We are facing losses under the easyship returns, we are receiving wrong product of cheap value when ideally amazon partner is checking products at time of return pick up. Also wrong products sent agts different orders by diff customer has same wrong product this surely is work of amazon logistics partner, Safety claim is denied for more than 9 times stating seller sharing same pictures on multiple claims when the video and pics are identical bcz agts multiple order same packing and wrong product is included, only diff is order nos on the label but amazon does not check the order nos and mentions it's same video and pic.
In another case delivery partner does not arrive with return delivery but OTPs are received and in system it's tagged seller did not share OTP and after 6 multiple OTPs it says product returned to sender, means we don't get product and payment too and when we made a safety claim it was denied bcz seller did not give OTP
Absolute poor return and safety claim policy of Amazon 100% at the cost of Seller they shud authenticate the claims with fair trial in fact the safety claim team is not available on call and customer care only advice to keep raising safety claims again and again and assures case is under process of verification.
