Has anyone else had issues with MFN buy shipping where they are on the wrong Tier?I&#39;m currently sending around 4,000 parcels a month with Evri, but Amazon has me on T1 which is less than 300 a month.Support just says I&#39;m in the right Tier and creating a case just goes to dead ends.

Looking at last month&#39;s shipping report, they noticed you were using Amazon Shipping more often than Evri, which falls into Tier 1.Just to clarify, only Evri shipping is considered when determining which Tier a seller is in. So based on your Evri usage, you&#39;re currently in the correct Tier.Regards, Ezra
