Even if you were speaking directly to Amazon (which you're not), they're not going to reactivate your account just because you asked them nicely. You need to follow the instructions you've been given in the deactivation notice.
Have you checked your Performance Notifications?
Do you have a reactivate button on your Account Health Dashboard? What happens when you click it?
