Easy Ship wrong weight handling fee scam
Hello guys, recently it is being seen that Amazon's Easy Ship team is charging extra from the seller by quoting wrong weight. This scam is being seen. In this, a flaw has been found in the alteration of weight by their backend team. In which, the items of lesser weight are being shown as items of higher weight and maximum charge is being taken for it. Even though I provided valid proof, they still did not reimburse any fees. Beware of their scam. 2 asin different and product also different but weight same mentioned in excel sheet. The weight that I have entered while scheduling the order will be visible to you and you can check the weight of the order in their report. This is the wrong way to scam them.

This is 100% true. To proove this - i have just one ASIN and 1 SKU. In the ES audit report, weight entered by seller is shown as 336 grams while original weight entered by me 142gms which can be clearly seen in any order ID. yet its been 3 months and i am not getting any reimbursement. Have shared images 2 times. Now even for the next month they charged all orders as incorrect weight and charged the big amount from my account.
Shame on you Amazon- stealing money from small sellers who are feeding their families and have no source of income. I will put this on social media

Thank you for your post. If you notice that you have been charged Amazon Easy Ship fee incorrectly, then fill out the Dispute on Easy Ship weight dimensions clawback form within 45 calendar days from the date when the amount was charged by Amazon.

these days Amazon is becoming fraud platform for sellers...its going to Snapdeal way...wake up Amazon b4 its too late. Every day there's a problem that can't be solved.
