USPS recycling and reusing tracking numbers

Not sure if it's just my luck but for 2 orders, seems USPS labels purchased through Amazon have been recycled for items (not mine) that were delivered some time ago in the recent past. Going to assume I'm out of luck on getting a refund because they show as delivered by USPS.

Happy Monday... :(

This happened to over 100 of my orders today. I had to refund all the labels, repurchase them, and then send the new labels via UPS. This issue is so severe that I’m surprised Amazon even allows us to purchase USPS labels in the first place.

Unbelievable.

This needs to be highlighted so that Amazon understands the full extent of this debacle.

Our teams are continuing to investigate these reports and work to find solutions, and I am continuing to share seller cases and issues with those teams. I understand that this has been a frustrating experience, and I am continuing to follow up with the relevant teams and will share an update tomorrow.

I see that some sellers mentioned having A-to-Z Claims filed as a result of this issue. If those sellers can share those Case or Order IDs, that would be appreciated.

SAME ISSUE HERE! i keep getting customer MESSAGING ME "The tracking id shows delivered to wrong state and city. The tracking also shows that order was dispatched before I actually ordered so the tracking id is not right. Please cancel this order and issue full refund." THEY WANT THEIR REFUND! NOT A GOOD LOOK

i dont know who Abraham D. is at Seller Support but he keeps CLOSING MY CASES WITH STUPID OFF TOPIC ANSWERS to my case!! i keep having to reopen the case and then he responds with another off topic answer that has nothing to do with my case. PLEASE tell the INTERNAL TEAM to not let this terrible no good dumb as a brick agent in SS to stop replying to cases and closing them as answered to get his case count up. its screwing with the process and ability for the internal team to help fix this VERY REAL VERY MAJOR problem.

We've had this issue with 6 orders so far in the past month. Getting out of hand.

I've seen this also. Seems to me to be a USPS issue and not Amazon...?
