Issues with fulfillemnt center PPO4 - MERRILLVILLE, IN - avoid it

Case: 17672581841
Shipped 4.5.25 through Amazon partner carrier Central Transport, bought LTL freight through Amazon. The Tracking events on the shipment never update, but I can go to the carrier website to see tracking, not sure why Amazon's technology is not more current.
Carriers showed signed for and delivered on 4.9.25
Carrier later shows signed for someone else and delivered on 4.24.25
Called the carrier, they said Amazon PPO4 turned the trailer away on 4.9.25. I asked why it was signed for then, no good answer for that. Also why is Amazon turning away a partnered carrier for freight I ordered from Amazon?
Tracking events on shipment in Amazon still show nothing.
Shipment events in Amazon show it was delivered on 4.19.25 in the morning.
What a wreck, there are perishable items in here with expiration dates.
I open cases and get the usual, we are contacting the internal team reply, followed by no real action. Why is Amazon having us send to fulfillment centers that cannot check in merchandise in a timely manner?
Warning avoid PPO4 - MERRILLVILLE, IN, wait another day and get another fulfillment center, this is not worth it. If you search PPO4 in the forums you will see others are having issues also.

I sent a shipment to PPO4 few days ago.
It has been rejected for an incorrect address.
It's the 1st time it happen to me. I put the correct address the carrier sticker.
The Amazon sticker also is on the carton.
I won't send new shipment to this warehouse.
