you complaint consumer court through online are tollfree number its very easy and no money to pay,

hello,
I also faced the same issue with big faction - seller services provider,
i paid them fees in advance, then i noticed that there is no work going on in my account, i took follow up several times , but there was no satisfactory response from the team, i asked for refund but then also no proper response and they were just trying to delay the things.
then i informed amazon about all this matter and amazon helped me in getting refund.
