Same day handling time DESPITE set to 2 day default and SKU handling set

Hello, this is the 4th time i have posted about this issue..

WE have a default 1 day handling period, we are a custom fabric biz, it takes time to cut and process/package our goods. Thus we need the time to prepare.... BUT despite me setting SKU level handling time to 3 days on various SKU;s they continue to be set to same day handling ...

We get an order at 1pm, it is set to ship same day.. Despite 3 day SKU level handling set, and the overarching default setting being 1 day!!!!!!

Despite 20 different support cases open, numerous phone calls, every single order we receive has 0 day handling....

We do not have same day shipping selected in any of our templated, and we never have over the past 7 years.. But regardless, all orders are required to be shipped same day.. this is totally absurd and this ignorant backend nonsense that amazon wont fix !

This is hurting our business, and our metrics.. also it is aggravating customers because the promise is incorrect....

FIX THIS NONSENSE NOW. i am tired of playing groundhogs day with Amazon.. FIX THE ISSUE. we have spent time and money on this issue that is NEVER resolved. !!! going on MONTHS.... THIS IS not rocket science, this is an AMAZON ISSUE. we are following the protocols and SET SKU level handling, but this is not being honored or followed by AMAZON !!!!!!!!!

Any chance that the same-day orders are ones with premium shipping options because those have to ship same-day no matter what you have the handling time set to.

That sounds like a frustrating situation. If you can provide me with more information that will help me investigate.

Can you provide me with a recent Case ID that includes Order IDs you believe were processed incorrectly?

Do you offer premium shipping options? As @Seller_f4a7xAPCCSMqD mentioned, those orders will have same-day shipping requirements no matter what your handling settings are otherwise.
