customer return different product they changed original with duplicate product and then i file a Safe T Claim. Safe T Claim Team Rejected my Claim. they said item returned with Tempered Proof Packaging is not eligible for Safe T Claim. I Submitted Video Evidence for Proof but Safe T Claim Again rejected my claim again said that Tempered Proof Packaging is not eligible for Safe T Claim. And worst part is if i want to talk with safe T Claim Team there is no option to talk to them.
