How to enforce your trademark without brand registry?

Amazon won't give me brand registry for my brand due to some mysterious "abusive conduct" issue that I have given up hope they will ever resolve. Of course, as a trademark holder in the UK I still have rights to protect my trademark.

How can I enforce against trademark infringement without brand registry?

Thank you

You could talk to a brand (IP) protection service, get advise from a solicitor, or look up the legal information yourself if you're confident.

As you say, you do have the right to protect your trademark, and legislation requires Amazon to be responsible for any IP infringement committed on their site, so you do have options.

Personally, I'm not particularly clued up on legal processes or the like, so I'm not going to suggest how you should go about it. Consult an expert and they'll be able to give you guidance.
