The same customer repeatedly orders returns for the same product-Need Help

Same customer placed orders for the same product and every order returned for some reason.

I created a case for this issue when the 3rd order returned on Feb.11th,2025. Amazon related team replied me that they can do nothing even although i'm suffering a loss. Now, this customer repeatedly placed order and returned for the 4th time.

I think Amazon should allow the sellers to decide whether to sell product to specific customers. Seller have the right not to sell their product to the false customer.

Why would Amazon want to stop them? They make money each and every time. If anything, Amazon wants customers to do this even more. Money with no effort on their part.

This is typical competition behavior trying to hurt your listing and account health. We have experienced this as well in past and after endless back and forth with Amazon, there was no help.

We closed the listing and removed that specific product than relisted it several months later. It really sucks and I know how upsetting it can be. Hoping the mods on here are able to get the right department to look into it for you.

Amazon doesn't have any skin in the game. The customer returns the item and Amazon credits the seller the 15% commission, but they keep the FBA fees. So the seller pays for the item being delivered to the customer which is usually the amount of the profit margin. Every holiday, I get advent wreaths returned in Jan with the candles burned down to short stubs and wax all over the advent. The customer return usually indicates the item was defective. Sellers should be able to prohibit these customers from buying again.

I am experiencing the same thing; a repeated customer is claiming a refund by saying they "didn't receive the product" and or "they received it late." Meanwhile, my products are shipped via AMZ FBA which means AMZ should take the hit, not me. Amazon has confirmed that the customer received the product and they still allowed for the refund.

The customer is basically stealing from me and Amazon allows it because it has no skin in the game and supports the customers over the vendors. This customer gets to keep my product, use it completely, and not pay for it. I have to wait 60-days to file a report for reimbursement, but it doesn't mean I will even get a reimbursement.

I really don't understand why Amazon doesn't support its vendors. If more and more vendors leave AMZ, then customers won't be able to buy from this platform. It's mind boggling.

Just cancel the order when you see them ordering again.

It would be nice to be able to blacklist a customer but I havent seen how to do this here on Amazon.
