Amazon is one such cheap MC BC company, in which there's no such escalation matrix.

Few observations noted on selling products through Amazon 1) if you are ready to invest in heavy advertisement, you can rock here with fake positive reviews done by Amazon executive itself. 2) if you are investing average amount in advertising, then push in sales observed on daily basis but with heavy customer returns, main reason is not needed or product cancellation after shipment, in all this Amazon keeps on earning. 3) If you don't use advertising, your product is not visible on customers search, no sales. 4) hardly any claims getting approved less than 20 % 5) product returned by customer are scrap items not checked by Amazon pickup executives at all where original items are kept by customer himself or changed by Amazon or its executive.....
