Hi, I have noticed that GS1 registered EAN codes start with 890, however there are many products that have EAN codes starting from 07. I am from India and when I search that relevant ean code starting with 07 (also of a brand of India) on the GS1 website it shows that the code belongs to a brand in USA. My question is, from where are these other brands getting their EAN code
