Customer did not want the item Return reason No longer needed. The customer created a return request. Return tracking # 1ZC1G2149089935955
As you can see the item was NEVER returned and the customer was refunded through the chargeback claim.
I tried creating a safe t claim SAFE-T Claim ID: 63984-86157-4158845 only to get denied
Please let me know how can I proceed to get my refund

There is no safe-t claim on chargebacks. Amazon doesn't have anything to do with chargebacks accept to present the information you provide to the buyer's bank that the claim comes from.

Amazon acts as an intermediary, collecting information from sellers and providing it to the credit card bank to facilitate resolution. While frustrating, the responsibility lies with the buyer who initiated the chargeback process.
