order cancellation by Amazon

During the last 2 weeks 2 of my orders have been cancelled by Amazon without my knowledge for no apparent reason. The books had already been shipped and received by the customer. The customers received cancellation notices from Amazon. One customer contacted me saying her order was cancelled because of an undeliverable address. She was informed that the book would be returned to me. I have not received the book back and the cancellation does not appear on my cancellation list.

Did you confirm shipping, and added the tracking on amazon?

Have you checked tracking for that order?

The most likely explanation is that Amazon contacted her about some other order and she just got orders mixed up.
