Our product weight is 10kg. Sometimes, customers place 3 or 4 products in one order, which exceeds the Easy Ship maximum weight limit of 22kg. As a result, the orders are getting cancelled.

Maximum Quantity needs to be 1 ( One ) not zero.

if its a business order no matter what quantity you have set order will be fetched as per customers request and you can make as many call as you like to seller support you will get zero solution. amazon gave the benefit of placing business order with large quantity but forgot to provide the necessary logistic for it or the option to silipt the order into two/four etc.
